RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ONLINE:
Product returns must be mailed within seven (7) days of receiving the Product. The product (s) must be unworn, with original tags on, to receive a refund or exchange (please refer to Final Sale Categories below). Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any shipping fee and a flat rate of $9.99 return shipping fee within the U.S. At this time, we cannot accept international returns. We are not responsible for any delay or duty levied by customs at the recipient’s country. Emilia George reserves the right to reject returns not meeting our return standard.
