We ship to all 50 states, including Washington and DC.

Once an order is placed, we typically ship within five business days. However, the shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ONLINE:

Product returns must be mailed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product. The product (s) must be unworn, with original tags on, to receive a refund or exchange (please refer to Final Sale Categories below). Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any shipping fee and a flat rate of $9.99 return shipping fee within the U.S. At this time, we cannot accept international returns. Emilia George reserves the right to reject returns not meeting our return standard. 

IN-STORE:

Emilia George offers returns on eligible items fourteen (14) days from your purchase order. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the items and in the original form of payment, all merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Product(s) must be unworn with tags and brought into the store in their original packaging to receive a refund or exchange minus a flat rate of $ 9 9 return shipping fee.  Emilia George reserves all rights to reject returns that do not pass our return standard.
