We ship to all 50 states, including Washington and DC.

Once an order is placed, we typically ship within five business days. However, the shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ONLINE:

Product returns must be mailed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product. The product (s) must be unworn, with original tags on, to receive a refund or exchange (please refer to Final Sale Categories below). Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any shipping fee and a flat rate of $9.99 return shipping fee within the U.S. At this time, we cannot accept international returns. We are not responsible for any delay or duty levied by customs at the recipient’s country. Emilia George reserves the right to reject returns not meeting our return standard. 

IN-STORE:

Emilia George offers in-store exchanges only on eligible items within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept mailed returns. All exchanges must be made in person at one of our store locations. Emilia George reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our quality standards.
