Please sign a waiver before your child enters.
A parent or caregiver must stay in the store at all times.
Play sessions are 30 minutes, with a max of 5 kids at once.
If full, join our waitlist—we’ll text/call when a spot opens. Please return within 10 minutes or we’ll offer the spot to the next family.
Reserve a 30-minute session in advance for $10.
Return policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 for economy shipping and $25 for express shipping.
