With a menu full of delectable dishes, we have something for everyone! You can have breakfast, featuring our fan favorite Amuseables Pancakes and Amuseables Waffle, or you can grab lunch, featuring our classic Amuseables Burger and Amuseables Hot Dog. And because we all deserve a sweet treat now and again, our EXCLUSIVE new dessert menu features our Amuseables Bubbeca Milkshake and Amuseables Crember Cheesecake. There's always something cooking at the Diner and there's no better way to start the day than with joy!
Your to-go order is lovingly prepared by our diner chefs and is served in your very own personalized packaging. Each experience includes a Jellycat Amuseables plush food item, exclusive enamel pin, exclusive sticker sheet, gift packaging, personalized sticker, and a reusable tote bag. Order up!
Important Info
- You may arrive, at maximum, 20 minutes before your reservation time. We ask that you please use the doors on 49th street, between 5th and 6th avenues.
- If you miss your reserved time, you will need to make an alternative reservation.
- Reservations are free to book through FAO.com. Reservations cannot be resold and must be for personal use. We do not accept reservations that are booked through other sources.
- Please have your original confirmation email ready to show to the Jellycat Diner Host to check in. The person named in the reservation must be present in order to check in and we may require a valid ID to verify.
- Our Diner menu items are highly sought after. While we do our best to ensure full availability, stock levels can be unpredictable due to high demand. Please understand that availability of all items cannot be guaranteed.
- Only one reservation permitted per guest, per weekly booking cycle. Where we identify excessive reservations beyond this amount, we reserve the right to cancel these reservations.
- If your group is larger than 6 people, please reach out via our Contact Us form to request a large party accommodation. There is never a guarantee we can accommodate parties larger than 6. Please note that "group size" indicates how many people are planning on participating in the experience.
- Each group may purchase up to 6 diner experiences total. The new exclusive dessert menu, featuring Amuseables Bubbeca Milkshake and Amuseables Crember Cheesecake, are each limited to 1 per person.
- The Jellycat Diner will be open in line with the FAO Schwarz New York Flagship store. Please check our current opening hours on our website.
